Chirag has over 15 years of experience in freehold and leasehold acquisitions, planning, construction and disposals. He has worked across a wide range of sectors delivering schemes from concept to completion. He is responsible for identifying, appraising and negotiating mixed-use development and investment opportunities.
Peter Solomon
Project and Commercial Manager
With 17 years experience, Pete provides commercial solutions to the construction industry ranging from quantity surveying activities to claims preparation and defence in relation to the various forms of dispute resolution. With a detailed understanding of the project procedure, together with technical knowledge of the building process, Pete offers a unique perspective on all commercial matters.
Tom Wylie
Project and Commercial Manager
Tom is an experienced Project Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry across numerous sectors, notably residential (including High End), commercial and education.
His extensive skillset covers the management of construction projects from inception to completion, including carrying out the roles of Lead Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent, Commercial and Construction Management.
